Integrated Water Purifier Overview: The FDJ integrated water purification device follows the same purification process as urban water supply plants. It includes: a coagulation tank, sedimentation tank, filtration tank, water stabilization unit, backwashing unit, water pump, and electrical control cabinet. The components are described as follows: 1. **Coagulation Tank**: Raw water mixed with a coagulant enters the coagulation tank via the inlet pipe. A specially designed agitator stirs the water, ensuring thorough contact and reaction between suspended particles and the coagulant to form flocs. While conventional water purification devices often rely on vortex reactions for mixing water and coagulants, their effectiveness fluctuates with changes in water flow. The FDJ device uses an agitator for mixing, ensuring consistent performance regardless of variations in water volume. 2. **Sedimentation Tank**: After coagulation, the water containing flocs flows into the sedimentation tank. The tank employs an inclined tube sedimentation method with a surface loading rate of 6–7 m³/m²·h. 3. **Filtration Tank**: The sedimented water flows into the filtration tank for further purification. The filter structure consists of a bottom layer of underdrain pipes, a middle layer of quartz sand, and a top layer of anthracite. The filtration rate is 10 m/h. The purified water then flows into a clean water tank for disinfection before being supplied for drinking. The backwashing cycle for the filtration tank is approximately 12 hours, with each backwash lasting 5–10 minutes. **Device Features**: The FDJ integrated water purifier is equipped with a backwashing system and a metering system. The main body is constructed from high-quality Q235 low-carbon steel, with all components designed and manufactured to meet strength and rigidity requirements. The inner walls are coated with non-toxic, food-grade anti-corrosion paint.
